Coralogix is a full-stack observability and security platform built for modern engineering teams that need real-time visibility at scale. They are looking for a Solutions Engineer to join their Boston pre-sales team, responsible for partnering with Account Executives to run technical discovery, lead product evaluations, and help customers validate Coralogix in their environments.
Responsibilities:
- Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in partnership with Account Executives
- Lead discovery across customer architecture, telemetry sources, operational pain, business drivers, and success criteria
- Design and deliver tailored demonstrations that connect Coralogix to real customer use cases
- Manage technical evaluations and POCs from scope through validation
- Support hands-on deployment, configuration, integration, and troubleshooting during evaluations
- Work with customers across logs, metrics, traces, Kubernetes, cloud environments, applications, and security use cases
- Explain Coralogix’s architecture, differentiation, and value clearly to both technical and executive audiences
- Identify technical risks, remove blockers, and guide customers toward a successful technical decision
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support to represent field feedback and improve how we win
