NMQ Digital is a fast-growing digital partner to leading multinationals, orchestrating digital excellence. They are seeking a Project Manager to coordinate digital projects across various workstreams, ensuring deliverables are aligned and on track while supporting program governance and adopting agile best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the central point of contact for coordinating digital projects across marketing, analytics, and marketing technologies workstreams involving internal teams and external vendors
- Develop detailed project timelines, roadmaps, and documentation for initiatives involving analytics, audience management, reporting infrastructure, and MarTech platforms
- Collaborate cross-functionally with analysts, data scientists, engineers, and marketing stakeholders to ensure deliverables are aligned and on track
- Support program governance by leading recurring check-ins, status updates, sprint planning, and issue/risk tracking
- Help bridge business requirements with technical delivery by facilitating requirement clarification; translating requirements into actionable plans without being deeply technical
- Identify project risks and dependencies early, propose mitigation plans, and escalate issues proactively when needed
- Ensure documentation of processes, workflows, and data governance activities is tracked and organized
- Support adoption of agile best practices across teams and encourage adherence to standardized frameworks
- Coordinate review and sign-off cycles across business and technical stakeholders
- Adhere to company information security policies and complete required security awareness training
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, management engineering or a related field
- 3-5 years of proven experience in project management and team management
- Solid understanding of digital marketing operations and data touchpoints such as CRM, analytics, paid media, and campaign execution
- Critical thinking to identify all related pieces, how they fit together, and solve routine and complicated problems effectively with team members
- Communication skills with the ability to build rapport across technical and non-technical audiences to tailor messages upward to lead-level audiences (mostly to Group Manager and Director, very occasionally to VP level)
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills; able to manage multiple workstreams with diverse stakeholder groups
- Comfortable working in complex organizations with ambiguous, ever-changing situations and quick to adapt to new tools and frameworks
- Strong grasp of agile methodologies and ability to facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and delivery tracking; preferably with a Scrum Master certification
- Experience with JIRA, Wrike project management tools is a plus
