Software Engineer 5 - Partner Test Tech

Netflix is a leading entertainment company dedicated to pushing the boundaries of storytelling and technology. They are seeking a Senior Software Engineer for the Partner Test Tech team to improve the quality of the Netflix experience on smart TVs and set-top devices through automation and infrastructure management.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and implement solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of testing software releases
• Improve the developer experience and change-velocity in JavaScript repositories
• Drive the shape of the testing pyramid along with efficient coding patterns in test automation
• Drive diversity and stability across a fleet of in-house CE devices using data-driven approaches to ensure the efficient use of devices
• Gather and analyze metrics in collaboration with internal teams to identify trends and opportunities to improve the testing effort at a lower cost
