Project Manager with business transformation projects/programs experience(Remote, no third party, only W2)

CBTS is seeking a Project Manager with experience in business transformation projects. The role involves initiating, managing, and implementing complex business transformation projects/programs while demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrated experience in initiating, managing and implementing complex business transformation projects/programs
• Strong leadership skills and able to work within a matrixed organization
• Strong organization, analytical and problem solving skills; demonstrated ability to think about business problems in new ways and the ability to clarify key issues in complex situations
• Operational, risk, and change management skills and experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, negotiation and influencing skills required
• A proven team player with the ability to partner, maintain and develop relationships
• Able to lead and motivate others and thrive in an extremely fast-paced environment
• Ability to define and manage expectations while leading multiple concurrent projects/programs
• Highly self-motivated; ability to work independently with minimal supervision; self-directed

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in related field required
• 7+ years of project management/project coordination experience
• PMP certification
• 7+ years of related business experience (Banking / Financial Services)
• Demonstrated experience in initiating, managing and implementing complex business transformation projects/programs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong leadership skills and able to work within a matrixed organization
• Strong organization, analytical and problem solving skills; demonstrated ability to think about business problems in new ways and the ability to clarify key issues in complex situations
