The Cigna Group is dedicated to improving the health and vitality of those they serve. They are seeking a Senior Operations Analyst to support leaders by analyzing data, creating reports, and improving systems and processes across multiple call center sites.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain reports to track performance and service levels
- Analyze data and provide clear recommendations for improvement
- Support leadership with reporting, audits, and special projects
- Audit and validate time sheets and operational data
- Support new hire onboarding and system setup
- Improve processes by identifying gaps and streamlining workflows
- Prepare and review operational and financial documents
- Monitor production targets and ensure controls are in place
- Manage projects and support program implementation
- Resolve non‑routine issues escalated from junior team members
- Work independently while partnering with senior team members as needed
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience using Workday, Excel, PowerPoint, and databases required
- Strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and systems navigation
- Experience creating reports and using data to drive decisions
- Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Comfortable working with changing priorities and limited direction
- Proven project management and problem‑solving skills
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- 2+ years of analytical, reporting, or technical experience preferred
- Prior experience as a Lead, Coach, or Supervisor role preferred
