Akkodis is seeking a CRM Administrator with deep expertise in SugarCRM to lead platform evolution and drive strategic initiatives. This role involves serving as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure the CRM ecosystem scales effectively while enhancing functionality and user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Lead platform evolution and drive strategic initiatives for SugarCRM
- Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Ensure the CRM ecosystem scales effectively while delivering enhanced functionality and user experience
- Act as a Product Owner or Application Lead
- Manage product backlogs, user stories, and agile delivery processes
- Convert business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Communicate effectively in customer-facing environments
- Manage or support multi-instance or large-scale CRM transformations
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in CRM Administration / Product Ownership, with a strong preference for SugarCRM
- Proven experience acting as a Product Owner or Application Lead
- Strong technical background in CRM systems (configuration, integrations, APIs, workflows)
- Experience managing product backlogs, user stories, and agile delivery processes
- Ability to convert business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Excellent communication skills, especially in customer-facing environments
- Experience managing or supporting multi-instance or large-scale CRM transformations
