Product Manager / Senior Product Owner

UST is a mission-driven company that transforms lives through technology. They are seeking an experienced Product Manager / Senior Product Owner to drive product strategy, manage the product backlog, and ensure business value delivery through collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Act as the primary client-facing product lead, engaging with stakeholders and leadership to capture requirements and priorities
• Own and manage the product backlog, including backlog grooming, prioritization, and refinement
• Define detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature specifications to guide development teams
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery
• Drive Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring smooth execution

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management / Product Ownership roles
• Proven experience working as a Product Manager or Senior Product Owner in Agile environments
• Strong expertise in backlog management, requirement gathering, and stakeholder management
• Experience working in onsite-offshore delivery models
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and product lifecycle management
• Demonstrated experience in delivering customer-centric, data-driven products
• Experience in Healthcare domain is highly desirable
• Exposure to Salesforce / Digital platforms / Data-driven products
• Certification such as CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, or equivalent is a plus
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, product analytics tools
• Strong understanding of UX principles and customer journey mapping
