ICONMA is an IT Services and Consulting company seeking a Project Manager for their team. The role involves managing large-scale, complex projects and ensuring effective stakeholder management, risk management, and project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Strong Traditional PM skills with HC experience
- Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master with a solid grasp of Scrum frameworks and ceremonies
- A basic understanding of claims processes is essential
- Strong experience managing large-scale, complex projects/programs
- End-to-End Project Planning & Delivery
- Excellent Stakeholder Management (Senior-Level)
- Risk, Issue & Dependency Management
- Budget & Financial Management
- Governance & Reporting Discipline
- Vendor & Contract Management
- Communication & Executive Presentation Skills
- Change Management
- Team Leadership & Delivery Ownership
- Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master with a solid grasp of Scrum frameworks and ceremonies
- Expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- It would be a great advantage if the candidates have previously worked in the Aetna Claims domain
- However, at a minimum, a basic understanding of claims processes is essential
