Leads and manages the project implementation lifecycle to deliver multiple projects and initiatives.
Delivers effective, accurate, and consistent communication to project teams, management, external clients, and vendors.
Facilitates and leads project resources to define tasks, durations, effort, and dependencies.
Partners with technology leaders to identify project resources and develop a comprehensive schedule.
Drives and coordinates cross-functional project team members from multiple disciplines, assigns individual responsibilities.
Maintains project documentation and ensures completeness.
Prepares and distributes project reports and communications.
Collaborates effectively with other project managers and external consulting organizations.
Travels to client locations to meet and discuss specifications, objectives, and options.
Serves as mentor for other Operational Services staff regarding project management methodologies.

7 years of project management experience required
5 years in a client facing role required
5 years in the financial services industry with card processing and payment solutions preferred
Large-scale conversion project leadership and card processing experience preferred
Client facing project leadership and card processing experience preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or equivalent combination experience and education is required.
PMP certification preferred
