AI Training Specialist (Software Engineering)

SoTalent is seeking an AI Training Specialist to contribute to the development and improvement of advanced AI systems. The role involves designing complex programming solutions, evaluating AI-generated code, and providing feedback to enhance AI capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Design and solve complex programming and computer science problems to enhance AI capabilities
• Create and respond to technical questions that help train and refine AI models
• Evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, optimization, and adherence to best practices
• Provide structured, constructive feedback to improve AI-generated outputs

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science from a recognized institution
• Strong programming skills in at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, or C++
• Ability to clearly explain advanced technical concepts in both Spanish and English
• Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar and technical writing proficiency in both languages
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in software development roles such as Software Engineer, Backend Developer, or Full Stack Developer
