Figma is a company on a mission to make design accessible to all, and they are seeking a Director of Growth Marketing to lead a team of media experts. This role involves optimizing digital marketing channels and collaborating with the Global Demand Generation team to drive growth and unlock new opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of media experts dedicated to optimizing our presence across all digital marketing channels, including paid search, social, display, affiliate programs, and beyond
- Be strategic in identifying opportunities to drive growth through paid marketing, but also be comfortable diving in deep into platforms and data to unlock growth opportunities
- Collaborate with the Global Demand Generation team to support building campaigns that fit the needs of every region
- Assess and build in-house talent where necessary and partner with media agencies as needed
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience leading a paid/performance marketing function for a high growth company
- 2+ years managing a team of direct reports
- Experience in building global paid marketing campaigns
- Experience managing $xxM media budget with clear visibility into payback period
- Experience in Paid Search, YouTube, LinkedIn, and/or Display
- In-house experience at a high-growth B2B or PLG (Product-Led Growth) SaaS company is preferred, where you have directly owned paid marketing strategy and budget rather than managing client accounts in an agency setting
- Experience in PLG organizations
