Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for Windows-based software applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues via phone and email
- Manage and prioritize multiple support requests in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with a small, agile team to deliver timely solutions
- Help ensure a positive customer experience through clear communication and follow-up
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in software product support, technical support, or a related role
- Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows operating systems
- Familiarity with Windows server environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a growing organization
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen (including marijuana)
