Job Summary:
The Senior Active Directory Administrator is responsible for providing advanced technical support and operational excellence within the Support & Operations team. This role focuses on troubleshooting complex incidents, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and security posture.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide Advanced Technical Support by Troubleshooting Complex Active Directory Incidents, Performing Root Cause Analysis, And Implementing Effective Solutions to Resolve Technical and Security Issues.
2. Collaborate With Support Teams to Ensure Seamless Operations, Adhering to Quality Standards, Regulatory Requirements, And Company Policies During Incident Resolution.
3. Manage And Update the Knowledge Base, Contributing to Training Initiatives for New Team Members and Coaching Analysts to Enhance Team Performance.
4. Resolve Complex Tickets Within Agreed Slas, Ensuring Operational Efficiency and Maintaining a Strong Security Posture Across the Organization.
5. Enhance Customer Experience by Achieving First Call Resolution, Minimizing Rejected Resolutions and Case Reopens, While Proactively Mitigating Potential Security Threats.
Skill Requirements: 1. In-Depth Knowledge of Active Directory Architecture and Management. 2. Solid Troubleshooting Skills for Complex Technical Issues Related to Active Directory.
