Engineering Manager, Master Data Management – Catalog

They are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager for their Global Catalog team to lead a group of data engineers in developing their catalog data platform, focusing on empowering business functions through innovative data solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Help guide, develop and continue to grow a passionate group of engineers building the future of data technology at Stitch Fix
• Experience an organization that is founded on data and continues to treat and view data as a first class citizen in the business
• Work collaboratively as a distributed team across the US, using GitHub, Slack, and Zoom extensively to collaborate in a meaningful way
• Help develop new methods of collaborating with close partners across engineering and other teams

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience cultivating and managing high-performing teams
• 5+ years working with master data implementations in the product domain
• Hands-on experience implementing global Master Data Management with broad adoption across a range of data consumers with unique use cases

• Experience with Master Data Management platforms
