Software Engineering Manager

Corridor is a company focused on enhancing product security in the age of AI. They are seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers in building systems that power their product, emphasizing full-stack features and AI integrations.

Responsibilities:

• Build, coach and lead a team of engineers. Define processes, establish engineering practices, and set a high bar for ownership and execution
• Ship great product. Drive development of Corridor's core product — full-stack features, infrastructure, and AI integrations that give developers real security superpowers
• Own technical direction. Lead system design decisions, translate product goals into engineering roadmaps, and guide engineers through complex technical tradeoffs
• Shape the org. Help define what great engineering management looks like at Corridor. Introduce lightweight processes, raise the hiring bar, and build a team culture that compounds
