Steel Sports is a Social Impact organization, located in ten different regions from coast to coast. The role focuses on driving awareness and engagement for The Lasorda Way App and supporting the promotion of Kids First Camps and Festivals.
Responsibilities:
- Turn approved messaging into weekly social + internal content; spotlight app sections and run simple monthly themes
- Execute Kids First Camps/Festivals promotion: posts, captions, story frames, promo kits, and coordination with event owners
- Support employee engagement: sponsorship program promos, short spotlights, and basic monthly engagement tracking
- Monthly lightweight content calendar + monthly internal engagement recap
- Event‑specific social posts aligned to the Kids First SOP
Requirements:
- Experience in social media management and content creation
- Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics tools
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Experience in event promotion and coordination
