Product Marketing Manager (PMM) – Ads Products Team

Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions. They are seeking a Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to support the Ads Products team, focusing on advertiser lead generation solutions and collaborating with various stakeholders to drive go-to-market execution and product adoption.

Responsibilities:

• Drive go-to-market (GTM) strategy and execution for advertiser-facing products and solutions
• Conduct market assessment, customer research, and quantitative analysis to identify advertiser needs and product opportunities
• Partner cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering, Design, Sales, and Partnerships teams
• Support product launches, sales enablement, messaging, positioning, and product communications
• Identify advertiser pain points and provide actionable recommendations to improve product adoption and performance
• Contribute to scalable solutions that align regional and vertical business needs
• Track adoption progress, identify blockers, and communicate updates to stakeholders
• Support products within lead quality and advertiser solutions portfolios

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Go-to-Market Strategy, Product Management, Consulting, or Digital Advertising
• Strong understanding of digital advertising, online media, or marketing technology ecosystems
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and data-driven decision-making abilities
• Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in ambiguous environments
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience working in Ads, AdTech, or digital marketing platforms
• Previous experience in large technology companies or consulting firms
• Experience supporting end-to-end global product launches and sales enablement
• MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Familiarity with advertiser lead generation and performance marketing products
