Rate is one of the nation’s top retail mortgage lenders, dedicated to helping customers achieve homeownership and financial goals through a tech-driven experience. They are seeking a Vice President of Market Growth to build authentic relationships with Loan Officers and industry leaders, focusing on long-term relationships and real value in recruitment.
Responsibilities:
- Build and cultivate relationships with Loan Officers, Branch Managers, and mortgage professionals in your market
- Proactively identify, attract, and engage top talent through outreach, networking, and referrals
- Attend and represent Rate at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
- Confidently articulate the 'Rate Difference'—our platform, products, pricing, support, and growth opportunities
- Develop and execute a territory strategy to consistently generate high-quality recruiting opportunities
- Utilize Rate’s recruiting technology and CRM tools to track pipeline, activity, and results
- Collaborate closely with Branch Managers, Regional Leaders, and Divisional leadership to align recruiting efforts
- Operate as a true partner and advisor, helping candidates evaluate how Rate can elevate their business
- Work directly with leadership, including the Executive Director of Multicultural Growth, to support strategic initiatives

- Comfortable using CRM systems, social media, and outreach tools
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus, but not required for the right candidate
