OneSource Virtual (OSV) is a leading provider of Business-Process-as-a-Service (BPaaS) solutions for Workday. The Growth Product Manager is responsible for driving measurable product outcomes across the full lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product adoption, retention, and revenue expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve the product growth roadmap, with clear OKRs, leading indicators, and accountability for measurable outcomes (activation, retention, expansion)
- Collect, analyze, make recommendations, prioritize, and address product and customer needs that align with organizational goals
- Drive with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure successful product launches and market adoption
- Synthesize competitive intelligence, market signals, and customer behavioral data to sharpen positioning and prioritization
- Drive product innovation and manage the lifecycle from inception to bring products to market
- Oversee product-related deliverables and launches, which may include PRDs, metrics, budgets, forecasts, pricing, performance measures, and launch activities
- Own, understand, influence, manage expectations, and build relationships with cross-functional teams and partner collaborations to achieve product objectives

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a related industry
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
