Renovo Solutions is a nationwide healthcare technology management company. The Account Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business by driving renewals and revenue growth from existing customers, ensuring long term customer success and collaboration with leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Report to Regional Leadership to lead client renewals and HTM services expansion to ensure ongoing customer success and profitability in region
- Partner with Chief Commercial Officer to support sales efforts
- Lead and drive all renewals in assigned territory
- Achieve 8-10% revenue growth through existing customers
- Consult with customers to understand their business, challenges, pain points, and strategic goals throughout the customer lifecycle
- Establish and grow key relationships with executive sponsors, champions, and decision makers across the customer's organization
- Ensure Renovo’s overall objectives and growth targets are being met, and they are finding ongoing value through the adoption of products and services
- Leverage tech-enabled tools to research prospects, identify buying signals, and generate initial, personalized outreach drafts for faster iteration
- Assess the prospect's needs, budget, authority, and timeline
- Collaborate and strategize with sales team and leadership to ensure that goals are met
- Develop and sell new services to HTM decision makers
- Partner with marketing teammates on sales strategies and content that can support sales efforts
- Maintain and track pipeline activity through our CRM tool, HubSpot
- Draft and negotiate all new SOW and MSA agreements
- Represent company at trade association meetings, conferences, and other networking opportunities
Requirements:
- Proven track record of sales and contract renewal achievements
- Proactive and strategic approach to problem solving and negotiation
- Experience building trusted relationships with executive sponsors and decision makers at the highest organizational level
- Ability to work independently, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Executive level presence with an ability to interact and present effective written and verbal communications
- Experienced at setting goals and monitoring performance to goals
- Minimum 5+ years of sales experience
- Willingness to travel up to 40-60% of time with overnight travel – customer site visits, healthcare conference/expos, etc
- Proficient with sales management software and CRM tools
- Strong knowledge of, or direct experience in, the Healthcare Technology Management industry
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
