Sadaf Foods is seeking an experienced freelance front-end developer to overhaul and modernize the visual interface of their Sage 100 e-Business Manager website. The role involves cleaning up legacy HTML code, rewriting styling with modern CSS, and optimizing the user interface layout while ensuring the ERP system's functionality remains intact.
Responsibilities:
- Access our hosting server securely via provided Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) and VPN connections to work directly within the environment

- Completely redesign and optimize the global layout by creating a clean, modern, and responsive centralized style sheet (default.css)
- Rearrange HTML table structures into cleaner layouts while ensuring complete mobile-responsive rendering
- Test all modified templates in a staging environment to confirm transactional web forms (checkout, shopping cart, inquiry) function seamlessly
- Document all custom CSS classes and backup modified templates to prevent data loss during future Sage ERP software upgrades
Requirements:
- Expert-level proficiency in raw HTML and CSS (specifically responsive layouts, grid/flexbox systems, and cross-browser styling)
- Mandatory experience working inside Sage 100 (formerly MAS 90/200) e-Business Manager systems, or deep familiarity with template-driven ERP web architectures
- Strict attention to data structures: Absolute understanding that Sage backend tokens (e.g., token$ or style$) must remain entirely intact and unaltered
- Remote Environment Capability: Ability to establish secure network connections and work efficiently inside Windows Server environments via RDP
- Prior experience working with a Sage Value-Added Reseller (VAR) or Master Developer
- A portfolio showing successful visual modernizations of legacy Web 1.0/ERP interfaces
