- Identifying and generating qualified leads

Requirements:
- Strong skills in Sales Presentations with the ability to demonstrate solutions effectively to diverse audiences
- Experience in Account Management and maintaining productive client relationships
- Proven track record in Lead Generation and New Business Development
- Excellent Customer Satisfaction skills and a focus on delivering an exceptional client experience
- Ability to meet and exceed sales goals with strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Prior experience in SaaS or HR/payroll technology sales is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
