Honeywell Aerospace Technologies is seeking a Senior ISC Project Management Manager to lead the integration and management of a complex portfolio of supply chain projects. This role is critical in ensuring project alignment with strategic business goals and optimizing resource utilization.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the integration and management of a complex portfolio of supply chain projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals and maximizing return on investment
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive project portfolio roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact, resource availability, and risk assessment
- Coordinate cross-project dependencies, resolving conflicts and facilitating collaboration among project teams to ensure seamless execution
- Establish and enforce portfolio governance frameworks, standards, and best practices to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance across all projects
- Provide executive leadership with timely, accurate portfolio status reports, highlighting key risks, issues, and opportunities for optimization
- Drive portfolio-level risk management by identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks that could impact multiple projects or overall portfolio success
- Facilitate strategic resource planning and allocation across projects to optimize utilization and capacity management
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing portfolio performance metrics and implementing lessons learned to enhance future project delivery
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align portfolio objectives with evolving business strategies and market dynamics
- Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of portfolio decisions and initiatives across the supply chain organization
- Leverage emerging technologies and digital tools to enhance portfolio visibility, reporting, and decision-making capabilities
- Mentor and develop project managers and portfolio analysts to build a high-performing project management community within the supply chain function
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience managing complex project portfolios, preferably within supply chain or related operational domains
- Proven ability to integrate and prioritize multiple projects to achieve strategic business outcomes
- Strong expertise in portfolio governance, risk management, and resource optimization
- Proficiency with project portfolio management tools and software to enable effective tracking and reporting
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Master's degree preferred
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP) certification is highly desirable
- Experience driving digital transformation and leveraging technology to improve portfolio management processes
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a focus on continuous improvement
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey portfolio insights to executive leadership
- Ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed, global environment
