• Break down larger projects into tasks, deliver in phases, and collaborate for timely delivery
• Collaborate with product management and design teams to support product development
• Monitor and support the operations and availability of team projects
• Engage in team growth and development activities, including participating in interviews

Requirements:

• 1.5 years of experience as a software engineer
• Experience designing and developing backend systems; proficient in a general-purpose programming language
• Familiarity with distributed systems and cloud technologies
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to write clear, extensible code
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with a global team
