Senior Product Designer

Bobyard is a company revolutionizing the construction industry by automating takeoff processes with AI technology. The Senior Product Designer will work closely with the product team to create user-friendly interfaces, shape product vision, and ensure seamless collaboration with engineering and marketing teams.

Responsibilities:

• Live in customer workflows: Sit with estimators and PMs. Know their job, their clicks, their frustrations better than they do
• Shape product vision: Turn user pain into product truth. Decide what we build and why it matters
• Create, iterate, and validate new products: Own 0 → 1. Prototype fast, test with users, kill what doesn’t work
• Execute with engineering: No handoffs. You’re in Figma and in the weeds with front-end. You ship
• Communicate vision with marketing & sales: Make the product story crisp. Give GTM a weapon they can sell
• Revamp current platform: Raise the bar. We need craft, speed, and taste — not another clunky enterprise tool
