LYT is an American-based company providing future-forward intelligent traffic solutions. They are seeking a Head of Growth & Account-Based Marketing to build their go-to-market engine from the ground up, focusing on developing and executing multi-channel ABM campaigns that drive qualified pipelines for sales.
Responsibilities:
- Own and standardize LYT's overall go-to-market (GTM) strategy across product and service portfolio, ensuring a unified approach across product and service portfolios while coordinating with external specialized partners
- Develop and execute multi-touch ABM playbooks tailored to the unique pain points of priority agencies, moving beyond "leads" to achieve deep account penetration
- Architect partner-marketing frameworks with System Integrators (SIs) to leverage pre-approved contract vehicles and joint GTM opportunities
- Define target customer segments, buyer personas, and messaging tailored to public sector audiences (EMS, transit, municipalities)
- Partner directly with Account Executives to develop and manage campaign assets (email, digital, content, collateral), supporting the full sales cycle
- Analyze campaign performance and pipeline impact, iterating based on results
- Support field sales efforts, including pre-planning for and attending trade shows, sales speaking opportunities, industry events, and customer meetings as needed
- Develop and manage campaign assets (email, digital, social, content, collateral) to support the full sales cycle
- Manage the company's external digital presence, including the creation and scheduling of digital content
- Introduce and leverage AI tools to improve marketing efficiency, campaign execution, and data-driven decision making
Requirements:
- 5-7+ years of experience in B2G (public sector) Growth Marketing with a focus on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and pipeline generation
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proven ability to operate with high ambiguity. We want someone who will actively tell us what we should be doing, establish the roadmap, and course-correct our marketing strategy based on data and market realities
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns tied to pipeline and revenue outcomes
- Experience supporting field sales teams and working closely with quota-carrying Account Executives
- Strong understanding of B2G sales and public sector sales cycles, including multi-stakeholder environments and the nuances of agency-level procurement
- Ability to operate independently and build GTM strategy from the ground up
- Hands-on experience across campaign marketing, target segmentation, and messaging development
- Experience with trade show preparation/registration, field marketing, and event execution
- Familiarity with modern marketing tools and AI-enabled workflows
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
- CRM management and reporting experience, HubSpot preferred
