CME Corp is dedicated to providing quality equipment, logistics, and services to healthcare. They are seeking a Project Manager Administrator responsible for managing non-corporate project managers and ensuring compliance with project management standard operating procedures while supporting project documentation and communication among stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Assist project managers in developing and maintaining detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and other construction management software
- Support contract administration by preparing, reviewing, and tracking contractual documents to ensure compliance with project requirements
- Coordinate project documentation, including drawings, RFIs (Requests for Information), submittals, and change orders using Bluebeam and other digital tools
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure adherence to deadlines through effective time management practices
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to promote smooth project execution
- Assist in construction estimating processes by gathering data and supporting cost analysis activities
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, budgets, and contractual obligations for reporting purposes
- Support project scheduling efforts by updating progress reports and identifying potential delays or issues early
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively with all levels of employees, management and customers across multiple departments within and outside the organization
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in working within a business ERP and project management software platform
- Experience using Microsoft Suite of products (Experienced in Excel and Outlook)
- Ability to have flexible hours as the conditions dictate
- Healthcare supply chain experience a plus
