Telecom Technical Support Engineer

Job Summary:
Strong telecom domain expertise and hands-on experience in Blue Planet Inventory (BPI). The ideal candidate should have experience supporting telecom inventory platforms, troubleshooting production issues, and working with similar OSS/BSS or network technology environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide application and production support for telecom inventory systems, especially BPI.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive issue resolution.
• Support integrations and data flow across telecom platforms and inventory systems.
• Work closely with business, operations, and technical teams for incident and change management.
• Monitor system performance and ensure service availability in support environments.

Required Skills:

• Telecom domain experience.
• Hands-on experience with Blue Planet Inventory (BPI).
• Strong troubleshooting and production support experience.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of OSS/BSS ecosystem.
