Mandatory skills

• Hands-on experience with Zelle Payments and related operational processes (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of FEDACH and RTP payment routes.
• Knowledge of US payment processing, compliance, and settlement procedures.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Detailed JD (Roles and Responsibilities)

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams for Zelle payment solutions.
• Analyze, document, and validate business requirements related to Zelle Payments, FEDACH, and RTP routes.
• Support operational workflows and troubleshoot issues within Zelle payment processing systems.
• Collaborate with developers and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
• Assist in system upgrades, testing, and production support for Zelle payment systems.
• Provide subject matter expertise on Zelle payment rules and compliance standards.

Job Description
