Workday is a Fortune 500 company and a leading AI platform for managing people, money, and agents. They are seeking a Senior Product Pricing Analyst to shape Workday's monetization strategy by defining pricing and packaging strategies, analyzing deal data, and collaborating with various teams to enhance pricing integrity and customer value capture.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the designated Pricing Lead for 1-2 of Workday’s product lines
- Define and implement pricing and packaging strategies related to new product and service offerings
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of deal data, customer usage data, customer and sales feedback and translate into solutions or improvement opportunities
- Find opportunities for new pricing, packaging and bundling strategies that will contribute to our strategic goals
- Nurture close relationships with, and gain trust of partners across product, sales, finance and other organizations
