The Partner Marketing Manager will drive the affiliate marketing program by optimizing partner strategy and performance, managing relationships, and providing actionable insights to support business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Own a portion of the affiliate portfolio, including email communications, regular partner touchpoints, performance analysis, and ongoing account optimization
- Manage and grow relationships with affiliate partners, agencies, and networks to drive scalable lead generation and revenue growth
- Lead contract negotiations with affiliate partners and agencies, including commission structures, terms, and performance expectations
- Analyze campaign and partner performance, identifying opportunities to improve ROI, efficiency, and overall program effectiveness
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the affiliate program, including tracking, link management, CRM coordination, payout accuracy, and compliance
- Build and maintain performance dashboards, providing clear visibility into channel performance and key KPIs
- Deliver structured insights and recommendations to inform strategy, optimization, and future growth initiatives within the affiliate channel
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partner marketing, or performance marketing
- Proven experience in lead generation/lead acquisition in a managerial or leadership role
- In-depth knowledge of affiliate marketing principles, strategies, and best practices
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in interpreting data for actionable insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build and maintain strong partnerships
- Proficient in using analytics and reporting tools like Microsoft Office 365 Suite, particularly Excel, to measure campaign performance
- Familiarity with influencer platforms or creator marketplaces
- Knowledge of the home services industry is preferred, with an understanding of lead dynamics and the purchase journey
