The Senior Data Engineer will gather and prepare analysis to evaluate program effectiveness, develop scalable reporting processes, and ensure data integrity while leveraging AI tools for workflow improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and prepare analysis based on information from internal and external sources to evaluate and demonstrate program effectiveness and efficiency, and problem solving
- Developing scalable reporting processes and querying data sources to conduct ad hoc analyses/detailed data profiling
- Research complex functional data/analytical issues, good troubleshooting skills
- Assume responsibility for data integrity among various internal groups and/or between internal and external sources
- Must be able to take end to end responsibility quickly solving data issues in production setting

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of experience with SQL
- 2+ years of experience with Kafka, Databricks, Github, Airflow and Azure or other public cloud platforms
- 2 years of experience with Metrics & Operational Reporting
- Stakeholder Communication & Coordination
- Good understanding of healthcare data
- Must have an aptitude for learning new data flows quickly and participate in data quality and automation discussions
- Must be willing to use AI tools and look for opportunities to use AI
