
Hiring: Salesforce Sales Cloud Architect (Hands-On Transformation Expert)
Location: Remote (Candidates from Eastern Coast Preferred)
Work Schedule: Eastern Time Zone
Contract : W2 / 1099
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Sales Cloud Architect with strong hands-on implementation expertise who has successfully delivered enterprise-level Salesforce transformation programs.
The ideal candidate should have deep experience simplifying complex Salesforce environments, modernizing CRM architecture, and driving scalable Sales Cloud solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Transform heavily customized Salesforce orgs by simplifying legacy architecture and reducing technical debt
Establish governance frameworks, scalable design standards, and Salesforce best practices
Improve data hygiene by resolving duplicate Accounts/Contacts and designing strong account hierarchy models
Replace custom-built solutions with standard Salesforce Sales Cloud functionality across Opportunities, Quotes, and core CRM processes
Rationalize pricing architecture, including Price Books and discounting logic
Redesign sales processes to improve pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, and opportunity lifecycle management
Resolve CRM-ERP integration challenges and improve data accuracy
Drive Salesforce Classic to Lightning migration and improve user adoption
