About this role
Molten Cloud is revolutionizing how the media industry manages its most critical operations. As a Software Engineer, you will take ownership of application features, contribute to the design and architecture of Molten's core platform, and collaborate with various teams to align engineering objectives with the product vision.
Responsibilities:
- Take individual contributor ownership of application features - to build, deploy and iterate upon them in Agile sprints
- Contribute to the design, architecture, research of Molten's core platform (which may include aspects of data transmission, security, back-end and front-end development)
- Test accuracy, performance and scalability to deploy robust systems for global user groups
- Collaborate with the business development team to best articulate the value proposition of product features to Molten's users, and with our technology partners to design and integrate broader solutions
- Work directly with the Chief Product Owner and Lead Engineers to align engineering objectives with the product vision and roadmap
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on software engineering experience
- Proficiency in Python and Javascript
- Comfortable with Agile development and continuous delivery
- Experience with MongoDB, Vue.js, Pinia, Typescript, AI/LLMs and devops tools
- Rigorous academic background in computer science
- Proven ability to think creatively, learn new skills and build innovative software products
- Ability to thrive in a startup environment
- Ownership of work and passion about ambitious ideas
