The role involves evaluating and improving large language models, curating code examples, and collaborating with teams to enhance AI-driven coding solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Complete 1 AI interview and 1 coding exercise. Total time spent is expected to be ~1 hour
- Evaluate and improve large language models by creating essential training datasets
- Curate diverse code examples and provide precise solutions across multiple programming languages
- Refine AI-generated code to ensure optimal efficiency, scalability, and reliability
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and researchers to enhance enterprise-level AI-driven coding solutions
- Develop sophisticated agents capable of verifying code quality and identifying complex error patterns
- Hypothesize on critical steps within the software engineering lifecycle, from prototyping and architecture design to production implementation and operational maintenance, to evaluate model capabilities
- Design and implement robust verification mechanisms that automatically validate solutions to complex software engineering tasks
Requirements:
- Candidates must be based in the United States
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong expertise in Python, JavaScript (including ReactJS), C/C++, Java, Rust, and Go
- Demonstrated experience in application development and deploying scalable, production-grade software
- Deep understanding of software architecture, design, development, debugging, and code quality assessment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, capable of providing clear and structured evaluation rationales
