Sarelly is one of the fastest growing Latina beauty brands, seeking a US Marketing Manager to enhance their brand presence in the U.S. This role involves managing marketing strategies, leading campaigns, and overseeing a team to ensure effective brand storytelling and performance metrics.
Responsibilities:
- Own the U.S. brand and ATL marketing calendar end-to-end: paid media timing, product launches, retail activations, seasonal moments, and creator campaigns
- Lead all U.S. affiliate and creator programs — strategy, recruitment, contracting, briefing, and performance governance
- Manage U.S. content production pipeline: briefing, production oversight, and asset delivery to paid, organic, retail, and DTC channels
- Support BTL trade activation planning alongside the Wholesale Manager — retail kits, POS materials, in-store moments, and launch support
- Partner with the DTC Manager to ensure brand content feeds platform merchandising, email, and on-site storytelling
- Act as the U.S. point of contact for Mexico-based creative, marketing, and content teams — translating briefs, adapting assets, and maintaining brand consistency
- Manage the marketing budget including budget forecasting, invoice tracking and connecting with finance team
- Track and report on marketing performance metrics — content ROI, affiliate contribution, creator performance, and channel attribution
- Lead and develop a team of 2 coordinators
Requirements:
- 4+ years in beauty, CPG, or social-first brand marketing
- Strong content judgment — knows what converts, not just what looks good
- Proven creator and affiliate program management
- Retail marketing experience a strong plus
- Experience managing junior team members
- Analytical — reads performance data and acts on it
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
- Mastery of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Slides, Sheets, Docs)
- Fast learner — adapts quickly in a fast-moving, early-stage environment
- Bilingual English/Spanish
