Optimax Consulting Services is a U.S.-based leader in providing tailored healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) solutions. They are seeking a skilled UiPath RPA Developer to design, build, and maintain automation workflows that support their healthcare RCM operations, focusing on process mapping, bot development, and ongoing maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy UiPath automation workflows based on documented business processes
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to map processes and identify automation opportunities
- Build reusable components and scalable bot architectures within UiPath
- Monitor bot performance, troubleshoot errors, and perform ongoing maintenance and optimization
- Manage bot schedules, orchestrations, and queue-based processes using UiPath Orchestrator
- Maintain clear technical documentation for workflows, exceptions, and system dependencies
- Ensure automations meet compliance and data security standards (HIPAA-aware environment)
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention
Requirements:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with UiPath development (Studio, Orchestrator, Robots)
- Proficiency in workflow design, selectors, data scraping, and exception handling
- Experience working with APIs, web services, and system integrations
- Solid understanding of structured and unstructured data handling (Excel, PDFs, web portals)
- Experience with queue-based processing and transaction handling in Orchestrator
- Strong debugging, logging, and monitoring skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical automation solutions
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git or similar)
- UiPath certification (Associate or Advanced RPA Developer)
- Experience working in healthcare or regulated environments (RCM exposure is a plus, not required)
- Knowledge of SQL and/or scripting (Python, PowerShell, or similar)
- Experience with Citrix/virtual environments and surface automation
- Understanding of secure credential management and role-based access controls
- Strong experience with end-to-end RPA lifecycle: process assessment, design, development, testing, deployment, and support
