Corporate Development Associate

Scout AI is developing Fury, the first robotic foundation model for defense, aimed at enhancing U.S. forces' capabilities. As a Corporate Development Associate, you will work closely with the executive team on strategic initiatives, partnerships, and execution, contributing to the company's growth and mission.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare high-quality presentations and materials for the board, investors, partners, and government customers
• Support strategy development alongside the executive team
• Conduct deep-dive analysis of the DoW budget to uncover opportunities for growth
• Support new and existing partnerships, including customer engagement and joint initiatives
• Assist with program management across the lifecycle of customer contracts
• Drive investor relations, including reporting, financial modeling, and fundraising preparation
• Support M&A efforts, including target identification, outreach, due diligence, and execution
• Contribute across the company wherever needed, this is a startup, and you’ll wear many hats
