- Seniorlevel, handson IAM / CIAM role (not advisory only)
- SailPoint ISC experience is mandatory
- 8+ years of experience in IAM, CIAM, cybersecurity, or related engineering roles
Strong handson Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) experience
Strong handson SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) experience
Strong Active Directory experience (users, groups, OUs, permissions, service accounts)
Strong Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD experience (enterprise apps, CA, MFA, governance)
Experience across identity lifecycle management and application onboarding
Experience with SSO, MFA, federation, and access governance
Experience with SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, LDAP, and SCIM
Experience supporting B2B, B2C, partner, and externaluser identity models
Strong troubleshooting skills across authentication, authorization, provisioning, and MFA
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Preferred / Highly Desired (NicetoHaves)
Experience with adaptive / riskbased authentication
Experience with identity governance, RBAC, access reviews, and certifications
Experience contributing to IAM roadmaps and longterm strategy
Prior mentorship or leadlevel responsibilities
