Job Description:
The Worker will report to the Medicaid CHIP IT Contracts Oversight Manager. The candidate will be responsible for gathering, developing, and mapping interfaces and business processes to support modernization and removal of legacy SAVERR values within TIERS outbound interfaces to internal and external trading partners. The candidate will also support the Project Manager during analysis activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Work with IT Project Managers to create interface mapping documents.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and Project Managers to facilitate discussions.
- Support modernization and transition activities related to Medicaid systems.
- Gather and document business requirements and processes.
- Assist in implementation and transition of complex IT projects.
- Maintain project/process documentation using SharePoint and related tools.

Mandatory Requirements:
- Minimum 10+ Years of experience with Texas Medicaid Programs.
- Minimum 7+ Years of experience working with Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS) with State Agencies.
- Minimum 12-14+ Years of overall experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong experience in documentation of projects and business processes.
- Hands-on experience with SharePoint.
- Experience with implementation and transition of complex IT projects.
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
- Ability to make quick and effective decisions.
