Shinkei is a growing seafood company looking for a Senior Trade and Field Marketing Manager to join their team. This role is pivotal in bridging sales and marketing by enhancing brand visibility and driving awareness across various channels.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, produce, and execute trade shows, industry events, and conferences end-to-end from logistics to on-site execution
- Partner closely with the sales team to support all in-person showcases, tastings, and account-specific events, ensuring the brand shows up best-in-class, i.e. Seafood Expo North America, Barcelona Seafood Expo Global, National Restaurant Association Show, etc
- Collaborate with the marketing team on larger-scale consumer and industry awareness events, helping bring campaigns to life offline, i.e. Aspen Food & Wine, Pebble Beach Food & Wine, etc
- Develop and manage event and trade show toolkits, including signage, collateral, booth design, product storytelling
- Support retail and shopper marketing initiatives, including in-store activations, demos, merchandising, and promotional programs
- Hire and manage a crew of local freelance Brand Ambassadors who will support all trade/field events, educating on and serving Seremoni
- Set up field marketing training/education and ensure brand messaging is shared at all field/ trade touchpoints
- Own field marketing logistics including vendor coordination, shipping, inventory, and on-site setup
- Track performance and impact of trade and field initiatives, providing insights and recommendations to improve ROI
- Act as a brand steward in the field, ensuring consistency, quality, and a premium experience at every touchpoint
