Junior Software Engineer (Remote)

SoTalent is a global AI technology company seeking a Junior Software Developer to enhance the intelligence and performance of advanced AI models. The role involves analyzing programming problems, evaluating AI-generated code, and providing technical feedback to improve AI systems.

Responsibilities:

• Create and solve programming and computer science-related problems for AI model training
• Review, analyse, and rank AI-generated code for quality, accuracy, and efficiency
• Provide clear, constructive feedback to improve AI responses and coding outputs
• Evaluate technical correctness across multiple programming languages and concepts
• Help train AI systems to better interpret and solve software engineering tasks
• Contribute to improving the safety, reliability, and reasoning capabilities of AI models

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field
• Proficiency in at least one major programming language such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or C++
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English
• Ability to explain technical and programming concepts clearly and accurately
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills
• Excellent grammar, punctuation, and technical writing abilities
• 1+ years of experience in software engineering, backend development, or full stack development
• Familiarity with AI tools, machine learning concepts, or coding evaluation platforms
• Experience reviewing or testing software systems and code quality
• Interest in generative AI and large language model technologies
