Responsibilities:
- Lead enterprise accounting operations across multiple business functions while strengthening financial governance, reporting accuracy, operational controls, and regulatory compliance within a rapidly scaling manufacturing environment
- Oversee enterprise close processes, financial consolidations, account reconciliations, and reporting timelines while implementing automation strategies and AI-enabled workflows that improve accuracy, visibility, and operational scalability
- Establish enterprise accounting standards, reporting controls, and financial governance frameworks ensuring consistency, transparency, and compliance across operational and financial processes
- Lead accounting transformation initiatives focused on workflow modernization, automation enablement, process optimization, and scalable operational accounting practices supporting enterprise growth objectives
- Drive enterprise accounting workflow assessments to identify process inefficiencies, control gaps, operational bottlenecks, and reporting inconsistencies impacting financial performance and operational scalability
- Develop and maintain scalable accounting control structures, governance standards, and monitoring frameworks supporting financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and operational resilience
- Lead implementation and optimization of accounting technologies, AI-enabled automation capabilities, and reporting systems supporting scalable financial operations and enterprise decision-making
- Establish enterprise reporting frameworks, KPI strategies, and executive dashboards providing leadership with accurate visibility into financial performance, operational trends, compliance exposure, and business risks
- Strengthen enterprise accounting data governance, financial system integrity, and reporting controls supporting accurate financial analysis and executive decision-making
- Partner with Compliance, Quality, Legal, and Operations leadership to ensure accounting practices, financial controls, and reporting frameworks align with regulatory obligations and enterprise governance standards
- Conduct enterprise-level risk assessments focused on accounting operations, financial reporting exposure, operational dependencies, and compliance vulnerabilities impacting organizational performance
- Lead enterprise audit preparation activities, accounting documentation standards, and financial control testing initiatives supporting internal and external audit requirements
- Build and lead a high-performing accounting organization capable of supporting hyper-growth operations, financial transformation initiatives, and increasing enterprise complexity
- Lead highly complex cross-functional initiatives involving Finance, Operations, IT, Compliance, Quality, and Executive Leadership while aligning enterprise priorities, operational requirements, and financial governance objectives
- Establish operating rhythms, governance frameworks, performance expectations, and accountability structures supporting scalable accounting operations and enterprise execution
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in business analysis, operational transformation, customer experience strategy, or enterprise process optimization
- 5+ years leading complex cross-functional transformation initiatives across multiple operational domains
- Experience driving enterprise modernization initiatives, workflow redesign, and scalable operating model development
- Strong experience with AI-enabled service technologies, CRM/case management platforms, workflow automation, and contact center modernization initiatives
- Hands-on experience supporting and optimizing NICE CXone platforms, including IVR workflows, routing strategies, interaction analytics, agent desktop tools, and reporting capabilities
- Advanced proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Excel
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership, manage change initiatives, and align cross-functional stakeholders in regulated operational environments
- Enterprise operational transformation leadership in regulated healthcare or high-growth service environments
- Advanced systems thinking with the ability to design scalable, enterprise-wide operational architectures
- Deep expertise in customer service, contact center operations, omnichannel workflows, and customer experience strategy
- Strong understanding of AI-enabled service operations, conversational AI, workflow orchestration, interaction analytics, and automation strategy
- Expertise in future-state operating model design, process governance, organizational change management, and operational standardization
- Advanced business process analysis, workflow optimization, and service design methodologies
