AO Globe Life is seeking ambitious, service-minded individuals to join their team as Remote Benefits Consultants. In this role, you’ll connect with individuals who have requested information about supplemental benefit programs, schedule virtual consultations, and guide them through available options.
Responsibilities:
- Connect with individuals who have expressed interest in learning about benefit programs
- Schedule and conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
- Assess client needs and explain available benefit options clearly and professionally
- Guide clients through the enrollment process and answer questions
- Maintain accurate digital records of client interactions
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and support team goals
- Participate in weekly training sessions, team meetings, and leadership development calls
