PCE Planejamento is seeking a Business Analyst who will support business operations by analyzing data and identifying process improvements. The role involves collaborating with various departments to implement strategic solutions and enhance decision-making through data analysis and reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for optimization
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to support decision-making
- Conduct data analysis and provide actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Finance, Sales, and IT
- Assist with project coordination, testing, and implementation activities
- Monitor KPIs and support performance tracking initiatives
- Maintain accurate documentation for workflows, systems, and procedures
- Support ongoing business improvement projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or related field
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in business analysis or related roles
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Experience with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or other reporting tools
- Experience with Agile methodologies or project management tools
- Knowledge of ERP, CRM, or business intelligence systems
- Ability to translate complex data into business insights
- Professional certifications are a plus
