Responsibilities:
- Lead major components of campaign strategy and influencer selection, collaborating closely with accounts, campaigns, and performance teams
- Influence how briefs are interpreted and developed into actionable strategic proposals rooted in brand insight and audience relevance
- Guide junior team members on influencer discovery approaches, vetting techniques, and how to interpret cultural or brand fit
- Recommend creative angles, formats, and influencer activations that support client objectives, budgets, and campaign KPIs
- Drive consistency and quality in influencer strategy, ensuring proposals meet internal and client-facing standards
- Own core areas of delivery across multiple influencer campaigns including briefings, approvals, and performance tracking
- Influence internal and client confidence through responsive communication, clear timelines, and proactive updates
- Guide team members on the use of internal tools, briefing formats, and campaign checklists
- Participate in relevant training sessions, workshops, or personal development courses to build your knowledge and professional skills

Requirements:
- Extensive experience in influencer or digital strategy within an agency or in-house team
- Deep knowledge of the influencer marketing landscape, including platforms like TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, and Instagram
- Confident communicator able to translate data and insights into strategic recommendations
- Strong collaboration skills and comfort working cross-functionally with accounts, campaigns, and data teams
