Responsibilities:

- Drive on‑time, high‑quality delivery of product marketing-led GTM initiatives across NetApp’s portfolio
- Ensure that plans are executed with clarity, consistency, and measurable impact through strong program management, cross‑functional alignment, and disciplined operating rhythms
- Partner closely with Product Marketing, Product Management, Solutions, Sales, and Corporate Marketing to orchestrate integrated GTM planning and delivery for priority initiatives
- Thrive in a fast‑paced environment, collaborate well with leaders at all levels, and be eager to learn, grow, and move work forward
- Leverage AI as a force multiplier for productivity and operational rigor
Requirements:
- 8 years of experience in program management or operations
- Familiarity with B2B Marketing functions (e.g., Go-To-Market)
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across all levels
- High degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to quickly absorb new concepts
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana) and methodologies
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in a business, marketing or technical field + Additional equivalent experience may be considered in place of Bachelor's degree
- Master's degree plus less additional experience will be considered
