The Sales Leader will focus on developing new business in digital, cloud, data, and enterprise technology solutions for the mining and metals sector, while collaborating with internal teams and driving sales initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Selling Digital, Cloud, Data & insights and Enterprise Tech solutions in Mining and Metals
- Proven track record of consistently hitting the sales quotas YoY
- Collaborates with internal teams, service lines and executive leadership as part of the sales cycle
- Drives proposal process and participates in proposal development
- Drives campaigns, events and other pipeline building activities
- Constructs deals in accordance to profitability goals
- Performs formal deal reviews
- Facilitates and actively participate in contract negotiations, contract management and closure
- Develop new relationships with C level executives within the Mining sector for target accounts
- Leverage knowledge of industry trends and client challenges to develop and deliver compelling value propositions
- Expertise to run the sales pursuit end to end by coordinating with all internal and external stakeholders
- Must be aware of Business Development tools like LinkedIn navigator, ZoomInfo and should come with a research mindset

- 10-12+ years of successful experience selling IT services and Digital services
- Comprehensive understanding of targeted industry business environments, issues and the trends affecting technology spend
- Capable of dealing at C-level and achieving large order values
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Able to develop effective presentations with limited support
