Technical Project Manager

RTS is an innovation lab where technology meets imagination, specializing in AI, Data, and Software consulting. As a Technical Project Manager, you will oversee project formulation, manage the execution of innovative projects, and ensure they meet high-quality standards while exceeding client expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful project execution
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple projects, ensuring they are on track, on budget, and meet high-quality standards
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure all objectives are achieved
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and ensuring their requirements and expectations are met
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between clients and internal teams
• Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment
• Allocate tasks, set clear goals, and ensure team members have the support and resources they need
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure projects remain on course
• Monitor and address issues proactively to prevent disruptions
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and performance metrics
• Provide regular status updates to senior management and stakeholders
• Ensure all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards and adhere to industry best practices
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of project outputs
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve project management processes and methodologies
• Stay abreast of industry trends and integrate new techniques and tools to enhance project outcomes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within the IT consulting or technology industry
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello) and CRM systems
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to addressing challenges
• PMP or other relevant project management certification
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Familiarity with IT solutions and services
