About this role
What You'll Need to Have:
- 5+ years of systems analysis and application development experience, with deep expertise in ServiceNow engineering focused on CMDB, CSDM, and APM
- Strong understanding of CMDB/CSDM relationship models including Technical and Business Services, application lifecycles, and service dependencies
- Proven experience integrating external data via ServiceNow Integration Hub and REST APIs to create consolidated data sources
- Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow application framework with demonstrated ability to work on complex projects outside of normal business-as-usual operations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide technical leadership and consulting on strategic information technology initiatives
- Strong communication skills with experience presenting technical concepts to diverse audiences and coordinating between applications teams and business units
